Returns

• Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product)

• Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Refunds 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
